Lead Speech Language Pathologist + Clinic Manager
The Role
Position: Lead Speech-Language Pathologist / Clinic Manager
Hours: Part-time or full-time, depending on candidate preference
Employment Type: W-2 Employee
Location: Hybrid – In-clinic in Santa Monica + Remote admin hours
Compensation: Salary, TBD based on experience and schedule
This hybrid clinical and leadership role is ideal for an experienced SLP who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about both clinical excellence and supporting other therapists. You’ll carry a small caseload while also overseeing clinical operations and mentoring our amazing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic evaluations and ongoing therapy to a small caseload of pediatric clients.
Work alongside clinic owner to ensure high-quality care and smooth clinic operations.
Supervise SLPAs and support team members clinically.
Review, edit, and approve evaluation and progress reports from clinicians.
Collaborate with referral sources (schools, pediatricians, etc.)
Help manage clinic schedules and staffing logistics.
Lead team meetings and assist with clinician onboarding and support.
Contribute to refining workflows, documentation, and service quality.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CA state licensure and ASHA CCCs
Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience; management or mentorship experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
