Speech Language Pathologist
The Role
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
Hours: Part-time or full-time, depending on candidate preference
Employment Type: W-2 Employee
Location: In-person at Santa Monica clinic
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
We’re seeking a warm, experienced, and motivated clinician to join our close-knit team of therapists. If you love working with children and families, collaborating with other professionals, and being part of something meaningful, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Provide individualized therapy to pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs.
Write clear, strength-based evaluation and progress reports.
Communicate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support client success.
Attend team meetings and contribute to our collaborative culture.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CA state licensure and ASHA CCCs
Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for working with children and families
